SLA MONITORING
To satisfy growing subscriber demand for customized, service-specific, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providers need the ability to specify, monitor, and report on SLA compliance.

Using the Brix Operations Center, administrators specify target performance thresholds for selected tests to create customized SLAs for individual customers. The Brix central-site software engine continuously monitors the SLA, enabling providers to know, at all times, whether they are meeting their service quality goals. If performance exceeds threshold boundaries, the Brix central software engine dispatches early warning alerts for substandard quality and failures for outages or seriously impaired service performance.

Operations Center reporting features enable administrators to track underperforming SLAs from both real-time and historical perspectives. And the Web-based Subscriber Portal lets service administrators share performance visibility with their end users in an easy-to-understand manner while still maintaining control over content, feature access, and layout.
