AUDIENCE-APPROPRIATE REPORTING
Performance information is important to diverse audiences within service provider and enterprise environments — network engineers, business managers, Help Desk personnel, operational staff, and end users — and the ways these audiences need to view and use that information is also different.

The Web-based Brix Operations Center serves administrative and technical personnel who require the ability to flexibly view raw and aggregated performance data across network locations, time, and multiple customers. The robust Brix Custom Reporting Engine lets these power users create their own real-time, historical, or scheduled performance reports.

While power users appreciate a full-featured reporting interface, end users need only a fraction of the capabilities offered by the Operations Center. The Brix Subscriber Portal serves non-technical personnel and end users, enabling them to view and analyze their own performance data via preconfigured real-time or historical reports. Administrators and service providers develop and then publish report templates for their users, easily specifying the report content, display features, and list of users privileged to view them.

Preconfigured Brix Executive Reports help business managers directly visualize the impact of quality on their businesses, for example, by viewing the total number of SLA violations and billing credits issued over the past month, correlating revenues with high-performing services, classifying network locations according to performance, or calculating user-care costs based on projected reliability for a new service rollout.
