EXFO Service Assurance is located approximately 25 miles Northwest of Boston in Chelmsford, Mass., in the heart of the area's high-tech region.
- From Boston/Logan Airport
- From the Massachusetts Turnpike (a.k.a. Mass Pike and Route 90)
- From Route 128
- From Route 495
- Exit the airport and follow the signs for Boston, the Sumner Tunnel, and Route 93 North
- Enter the Sumner Tunnel ($3.00 toll) and remain in the right-hand lane
- Upon exiting the tunnel bear left and follow the ramp and the signs for Route 93 North
- Take Route 93 North to Exit 37B, Route 95/Route 128 South (approx. 10 miles)
- Take Route 95/Route 128 South to Exit 32A/Route 3 North (approx. 5 miles)
- Follow Route 3 North to Exit 29/Route 129 (approx. 9 miles)
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a right (Route 129 West)
- At the second set of lights take a left onto Mill Road
- EXFO Service Assurance is located in the first building on the left

FROM THE MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (a.k.a. Mass Pike and Route 90)
- Take the Mass Pike/Route 90 (West, if traveling from Boston; East, if coming from the Springfield, Worcester, or Framingham areas) to Route 95/Route 128 North exit
- Take Route 95/Route 128 North to Exit 32A/Route 3 North (approx. 10 miles)
- Follow Route 3 North to Exit 29/Route 129 (approx. 9 miles)
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a right (Route 129 West)
- At the second set of lights take a left onto Mill Road
- EXFO Service Assurance is located in the first building on the left

- Take Route 128 (South, if near Route 93; North, if near the Mass Pike/Route 90 or Route 2) to Exit 32A/Route 3 North
- Follow Route 3 North to Exit 29/Route 129 (approx. 9 miles)
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a right (Route 129 West)
- At the second set of lights take a left onto Mill Road
